To Start a PCT International Patent ApplicationFor a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) International Patent Application based on a US patent application, provide us with an English translation of the patent application with formal drawings (if formal drawings are not available there may be an additional fee to prepare formal drawings - allow extra time), the filing numbers, dates and locations, the inventor's full name, address, phone, FAX and email numbers (if any), citizenship, any assignment information, and the necessary fees.
